Budgets

Correos establishes a budget that is integrated into the consolidated budget of the SEPI Group as part of the General State Budget. The budget information referred to in Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, is available on the website of the Secretariat of State for Budgets and Expenditure of the Ministry of Finance.

Financial Statements

The financial year is defined as running from 1 January to 31 December of each calendar year. Within three months of the conclusion of the financial year, the Board of Directors shall prepare the annual financial statements, the management report, and the proposal for the company’s results, which shall be submitted for approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders within six months of the end of the financial year.
